An even better option is to ask someone really close to imitate you, caricating precisely your frown, anger, or care.

3. Get out of the room and spend an hour with any acquaintance or friend. Awareness of the world and the diversity of fates outside your 4 walls will make you look at everything from a completely different perspective and will surely “cheer” your view of the world.
4. As we are always better in counseling others than in self-help, give yourself the task to invent and write down your 5 “smiling solutions” by the end of the day, which you would recommend in your article.
Thus, by seeking for positive sides and solving the task, you will come to your own and always applicable recipe.
